"It was very easy to work with Rocky on the sale of the house. He knew the market place, was very responsive and service-minded. He was flexible and focused on my needs, for example finding contractors for minor repairs before the sale and providing guidance to prepare the house for photographer. Rocky's experience made it possible to move fast (which was a priority for me) and the house was on the market about a week after we started working together, and closing was about 1.5 month later. One thing I appreciated with Rocky's approach was his understanding of right timing for discussions related to steps in the sale process.
